find-scene is an AI-powered tool that searches publicly available sources on the web for movie and TV show scenes, and processes them according to your specifications. find-scene does not own, host, or distribute the underlying media files. You acknowledge that find-scene acts solely as a search and processing tool and bears no responsibility for the content of third-party media.
Use of output clips is permitted only under the doctrine of fair use, including commentary, criticism, parody, scholarly, or educational purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of extracted content complies with applicable copyright law.
Video clips and other content generated through the service may be used by find-scene for promotional or demonstrative purposes. Such content will never be publicly associated with your identity.
Pro credits are purchased as one-time payments. Credits expire 30 days after purchase. Refunds are not available for unused credits, but we may grant courtesy credits at our discretion for service issues.
You may not use find-scene to distribute copyrighted material outside the scope of fair use, to harass or harm others, to interfere with the operation of the service, or to violate any applicable laws.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. find-scene shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, interruption of service, or claims by third parties.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
